Tried to register a Wise account with my Palau ID. Completely rejected. Wise requires documents from your actual country of residence and will not accept the Palau digital residency card as sole proof of identity. Even with proof of address it would not go through. Save yourself the trouble.

Tried Bitget with my Palau ID but it only accepted national ID from a limited list of countries. Could not select Palau as the issuing country at all. Seeing others report success so maybe it depends on the region or app version. Will try again later.
